Our story
Over the past year, I have been navigating patients who are having trouble locating a convenient smoking cessation program, or filling out the paperwork for subsidized housing, or feeling stressed about their blood pressure after a medication change.
Patients know their health problems are often caused by stress, confusion, and a bad environment. Not everyone has a caregiver who can help them through all of this. So that’s what we’re trying to do.

We connect you with social programs and clinical resources depending on what you need. And we align with your doctor and your insurer because everyone wants you to be healthy and happy.
How we make money
Insurance will pay for our services. Based on the structure of your insurance plan, you may have some cost-sharing for our services but for most people, it is fully covered.
